I don't know either of them. Just looking quickly at Alexandria Brown's website, it appears she was involved in Tina Bier's book "What Branches Grow," I'm guessing as an editor.FWIW, Alexandria Brown, in her "about me" page says that she edits "poetry books, nonfiction and fiction novels."I don't know about you, but any editor who refers to "fiction novels" would give me cause to pause. And that page has a bunch of typos that an editor shouldn't be publishing.Obviously, do your research on them.
The business only just launched. It's so new that googling didn't even return their website in the results. I did find it through Twitter (their account only opened this month) and the Publishers Marketplace: https://www.risingactionpublishingco.com/
The fact that their site lists "services" and talks about helping people self-publish rings a "vanity press" bell. But I've not found any evidence one way or the other, and it's probably too soon to tell what the company's up to. I would not be comfortable writing them off as a vanity press at this point.
Thank you! I haven't had time yet tonight to so some looking, but I recognize those names. I'll take a look at them and see what they're all about. If they're experienced folks, they might be worth looking into =)

The folks behind it are Alexandria Brown (https://alexandriabrown.ca/) and Tina S. Bier (https://www.nostromopublications.com/) . It might be worth checking them out individually to get a feel for what they're about on their own, and what they can offer you.
