Hello QC Community!
It's been quiet around here so far this month, and I hope *fingers-crossed* that it's just because you are all busy working on your various projects. Since there are no queries to critique right now, and #NaNoWriMo is happening, how about we do a check-in for the month to share what we're all working on?
Who's participating in #NaNoWriMo this year, and how are your word counts coming along?
Working on editing? How are you feeling about the revisions you're making?
Not in NaNo, but still drafting? What excites you most about your current project?
Querying? What are you working on to keep you distracted while you wait?
What are you struggling with? What's currently inspiring you? Tell us about whatever part of your writing journey you want to share.
I'll be the first to share so others don't have to break the ice. I'm neck deep in my Writer-In-Motion flash piece, which you can read all about on my blog, and today I jumped into my first major revision on my newest ms Green Death.
I haven't updated the query yet or the pitches, although I probably will get my pitches ready for #PitMad in December (find the dates here). You can also help get your own pitches work shopped in the Twitter Pitches section. My query will be updated once I've completed my revision and I'll be sure to ask all of you to help me get it into shape! But that's a little ways off yet. Revisions first!
Looking forward to hearing about what everyone else is up to in the community.
