As you can probably guess, I'm Carter, and I write SFF. I don't (usually) want to read about something that could happen to me, so why write about it? I'm not super active on social media, but you're welcome to find me on Twitter @CarterJThompson .

What have I written, you ask? Well, I started with a fantasy trilogy that will never see the light of day (great learning experience though). In the last three years, I've written four other novels that are each quite different from each other, so I've dabbled a lot.

I haven't had much luck querying (yet), but I'm happy to offer suggestions from what I've learned in the process. My biggest advice is, and will always be, this: Take everything I say with a a grain of salt. It's YOUR story, so at the end of the day, you do what you think is best for it.
