The QueryConnection query critiques raffle is here! We have five (5) critiques to raffle off for our members by professional editors. This time around, our raffle is running April 15, 2023 to April 30, 2023.
In the past we spread out the winners over several weeks, but this year, we're doing things a little different. The winners will have the first week of May to post their queries (posted by EOD May 6) and the editors will post their critiques over the following week. All critiques will be posted on the protected forums, so only members will be eligible to win/ view queries and critiques—but don't worry, anyone can become a member free of charge.

How it works
The five (5) winning writers will post their query in this sub-forum with their Name, Title of their manuscript, Age category, and Genre (example: Name, THIS IS MY AWESOME TITLE, Adult, Fantasy). You MUST have your completed query posted into the sub-forum no later than end of day (EOD) Saturday May 6th. The editors will then have the following week to post their critique of the query (May 8-13, 2023). All members will be able to see and learn from the critiques and the winners must agree to leave their queries posted so all members can benefit from this learning experience. The editors are only expected to do one (1) pass on their winning query. All members can feel free to workshop their queries before the event takes place and the winners can utilize the members for further critique after the editor critique in the regular query critique forum once the giveaway period is over (May 13th).
